The staff of the reading room of the Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library named after S. Baishev, as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held an open platform on the theme "Balalar alemi: Kitaptan omirlik muratka", dedicated to 2021, declared the Year of Support for Children's and Youth Reading in Kazakhstan. Gulmayram Abubakirovna Alatayeva, Head of the Reader Service Department, recalled that in June 2018, the international forum of children's writers "Balalar Alemi: Kitaptan omirlik muratka" was held in Astana, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Sports, the National Academic Library and the Writers' Department.
Literature lovers gathered in the open area expressed their opinion on the state of modern children's literature and made their suggestions on the formation of a reading culture.Guests of the evening:the chief specialist of the Department for the Development of Languages of the Aktobe region, Myrza Malikaserikovna, poet, member of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan Kuanyshova Gulimai Abishevna, head of the department of the puppet theater "Alakai" Daniyar Nuradinuly Sagidullaev, theater actress Raimgul Habibullina, methodologist of the Aktobe regional Scientific - Tanirbergenov Nurbek Eldosovich, teacher of Kazakh language and literature of Kazakh secondary school No. 31 Idrisova Oryngul Bizhanovna, librarian of the regional youth library named after S.Zhienbayev Gulnur Ihsangalieva, head of the department of the Children's library named after N.Baiganin Mandibayeva Rimma Ubaydullayevna. The participants of the open platform shared their experience in the formation of a reading culture.The director of the library, Raimbayeva Kuralai Serikovna, told about how various projects and cultural events are being implemented within the framework of this event, and also thanked the guests of the open area. At the end of the event, a member of the national educational club "Elmura", pensioner Shamsia Zhakuevna Aizharykova gave her blessing, explaining that the means of education is a book. Book exhibitions "Bilim Araly", "Sikyrly kitaptar alemi" were organized, a bibliographic review was conducted.
