The sector of registration and accounting of readers is a structural subdivision of the Aktobe regional Universal Scientific Library named after S. Baishev.

The sector consists of the following positions:

     1. Head of the Sector;

     2. The librarian.

The main tasks of the sector:

     1. Registration of new readers according to the provided identity documents;

     2. Annual re-registration of readers;

     3. Provision of planning and reporting documentation;

     4. Familiarization with the rules of using the library;

     5. Consulting on the location of departments in the library.
