On March 15, in honor of the World Consumer Rights Protection Day, a round table on the topic was held at the regional Universal scientific library named after S. Baishev: "Oz kukygyn-korganyn" with the participation of specialists of the Department for Consumer Protection of the Aktobe region. During the event, the history of the significant date, the rights of the consumer, the obligations of the seller and many other issues were discussed. It was also noted at the meeting that the dispute between the entrepreneur and the consumer can be resolved through mediation, without bringing it to court.
