On February 21, library staff held a round table “Batyr, Sheshen, Kolbasshy” dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Syrym Datovich. The event was attended by Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Abdullaev Nurtaza Akishanovich, Master of Historical Sciences, history teacher of secondary school No. 47 Kalyshev Kalatyr Kanatovich, history teacher of Kazakh secondary school No. 36 Bulbul Amirkhanovna, history teacher of the Aktobe boarding school for gifted children Baybosynova Asylai Bekbolatovna, history teacher of Kazakh secondary school No. 74 Zhabaeva Indira Maratovna, history teacher of the Aktobe Higher Polytechnic College Zhanbyrbaeva Zharkynay Nagimetyarovna, was present, who spoke in detail about the place of Syrym Batyr in the history of Kazakhstan. Library employee Nurlygul Orynovna Berdygalieva introduced the book exhibition “Erlerdin Eri – Syrym Datuly” and conducted a bibliographic review.
