On January 15, the art literature department held a creative hour “Tuma talent tabigata”, dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the birth of the founder of Kazakh fine arts, graphic artist, Honored Artist of the Kazakh SSR A. Kasteev.
The purpose of the event: to popularize the life and work of A. Kasteev, the founder of the fine arts of Kazakhstan, the pride of Kazakhstan and the preservation of his work for subsequent generations, the formation of spiritual and material values of the Kazakh people through art, and increased creative potential.
During the event, biographical information about the first Kazakh artist A. Kasteev was announced, and a video about his life and work was shown. An exhibition of creative works by students of the art lyceum and a book exhibition “Tylsym onerdin tanymgeri” were presented.
The event was opened with a welcoming speech by G. Kaldybaeva, a methodologist at the city art lyceum, and B. Kopzhasarov, a teacher of additional education, who conducted a master class on painting a landscape with watercolors, introduced them to the technique of making a landscape, and talked about techniques and methods of working with watercolors. During the master class, a sketch of a landscape was performed, then the best works of the lyceum students were presented, including sketches of beautiful places in Aktobe. The participants drew using art therapy and had a good experience.
The participants of the event were students of the art lyceum, members of the “TALANT-light” interest club, students of school No. 35, and library readers.
This year, as part of the republican action “Bir el - bir kitap”, the works of the outstanding Kazakh writer, classic of children's literature Berdibek Sokpakbayev, whose 100th anniversary will be celebrated by UNESCO, were selected for public reading.
