On February 24, the department of the library's reading room together with the Aktobe College of Transport, Communication and New Technologies held a historical and educational event "Ulttyk kundylyktar - ult korgany".
At the event, librarian Lakibayeva A. T. conducted a bibliographic review of the permanent book exhibition "Elimnin bakytyn terbetken Tauelsizdik", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of independence, librarian of the subscription department Mukasheva A. S. presented the book exhibition "30 kitap - Tauelsizdiktin 30 zhyldygyna".

In early February, at the opening ceremony of the regional centers "Parasat Zholy" within the framework of the "Adaldyk alany" project with the participation of the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan and all regional libraries in the Republic, the Chairman of the Agency for Combating Corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Shpekbayev and the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Raimkulova signed a memorandum on the joint work of libraries and the center within the framework of the project.

On February 18, an evening of poetry "Ardager azamat, Ardakty akyn" was held in the department of local history literature within the framework of the project "Tarikhy teren Aktobe!" on the ZOOM platform, dedicated to the work of the cultural worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, journalist, art researcher, poet-playwright Nurlybek Kalauov.

On January 28, in the department of local history literature of the regional universal scientific library named after S. Baishev, within the framework of the regional campaign "Reading Region - 2021", a meeting of the organizing committee for the selection of the "Book of the Year" for national reading was held. This campaign has been held since 2011 with the support of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the Aktobe region.

 On January 27, with the support of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the Aktobe region and the Alginsky District Department of Culture and Language Development, together with the Alginsky district Children's Library named after I. Mambetov, the Aktobe Regional Museum of Local History and the regional universal scientific library named after S. Baishev, in order to promote the life and heroic path of batyr Sapura Matenovna, a historical and educational hour on the epic "Koktemir" by poet, journalist, translator I. Mambetov was held on the ZOOM platform "Zhangyrudyn zharkyn zholy".

    In the coworking center of the regional universal scientific library named after S. Baishev, the training "Tulga psihologiyasy" of the journalist, psychologist Arailym Bukenbayeva was held.

   On January 20, a master class from the best jeweler in the field of culture, Yerkosay Abilov, was held in the coworking center.

On January 18, the presentation of the book "Er Karmys" by Shopykuly Kalniyaz zhyrau was held in the literary hotel "Kalamger"of our library.

On January 13, the presentation of the book "Kazangap, omir zhailauy" by our countryman, a young researcher of arts, kuishi, a teacher of the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy Asylbek Kenegesov took place in the assembly hall of the library.

The event was held by the poet, cultural worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlybek Kalauov. The event was attended by the winner of the medal "Eren enbegi", excellent student of culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, teacher of the Shalkar Music School named after Kazangap, kuishi, kazangapologist Nurbolat Zhanamanov, kazangapologist, kuishi, winner of the medal "Eren enbegi", Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhailau Asylkhanov, head of the department of the State Institution "Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the Aktobe region" Almas Suleimenov, director of the regional Philharmonic named after G.
