On September 20, the results of the regional creative contest «Tugan zher ornekteri», organized in honor of the 90th anniversary of the formation of the Aktobe region, were held in the Literary lounge «Kalamger». The regional literary creative event was attended by Deputy director of the Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library named after S. Baishev, member of the Union of Writers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, poet T. Tleulesov, teacher of Kazakh language and literature of secondary school No. 69, teacher-researcher G. Alashbayeva, press secretary of the Department for Public Relations and Mass Work of the library M. Sandybai, congratulated the winners the competition and presented them with awards.

On September 20, the sector of exhibition and mass work (co-working) organized a family meeting «Otanym - Otbasym». The event was attended by a mediator, psychologist, teacher, owner of «Altyn alka» Abildaeva Bibigul Abdishukirovna and her family. During the conversation, Bibigul Abdishukirovna explained to readers the importance of the family, being moral, patriotic, appreciating the family and parents, and also showed her family as an example, collecting spiritual food and thinking about the younger generation.

On September 16, a festive evening «Ana - omirdin azhary» was held in the library's coworking center, dedicated to September 18 - Mother's Day, organized by the Department of Public Relations and Mass Work. The guests of the evening were a professional mediator of the «Otbasyn saktau» center, a member of the family and demographic commission for Women's Affairs under the Akim of Aktobe, Lakova Tansulu Zagitovna and Doctor of Technical Sciences, a mother of many children, psychologist, mediator Kalel Bibigul Maratovna. They talked about the role of the mother in human life, the relationship between mother and child in everyday life, gave useful advice to young people.

On September 15, the library staff held a scientific and educational evening «Ulttyn uly zhazushysy», dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the writer, outstanding scientist M. O. Auezov. The event was attended by Academician of the Academy of Social Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, honorary citizen of Aktobe region Taizhanov Altai Taizhanovich. A young specialist of the library, Yelubayeva Zhansulu, read a poem by Kasym Amanzholov «Mukhtar aga», Kalzhanova Perizat prepared a book exhibition «Zamannyn zangar zhazushysy» and conducted a bibliographic review.

On September 15, library staff held a literary hour «Bir kem dunie» in Aktobe Humanitarian College, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the birth of the famous Kazakh writer Sherkhan Murtazauly. The event was also attended by teachers and students of the college. At the event, detailed information was given about the life and work of the writer, the college teacher Nurgul Bakytzhanovna told about the outstanding works of the writer.

On September 14, a literary online interview «Bookdating» with Master of Economics, Commercial Director of the Bookcafe bookstore Nursultan Akylbekovich took place in the coworking center as part of the media project «Oi marzhany – kitap». During the event, was demonstrated a specially prepared video about the Bookcafe bookstore. All questions related to the bookstore were answered, as well as interesting games were held for the guests and spectators of the evening.

The republican scientific and educational conference «Yrgyz ziyalylary zhane ult tarikhy» was held in Irgiz district. The Department of Local History of oblast library named after S. Baishev has designed a book exhibition «Tugan olke tarikhy». The exhibition consisted of sections: «Tarikhy teren Aktobe», «Biler soylep, batyrlar tu kotergen», «Tarikh torabyndagy tagdyrlar», «Eren enbekpen yeseigen», «Gibrat kyldym keynge», «Madeniyet pen adebiyet mangilik miras», «Olkenin tabigi, tarikhi - madeni muralary».

This year Kazakhstan is celebrating 150th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding statesman, encyclopedist and publicist, literary critic, turkologist, talented poet and translator Akhmet Baitursynov, and every year on September 22 Kazakhstan is celebrating the Day of Languages of the People of Kazakhstan. As part of the celebration of the 150th anniversary of Akhmet Baitursynov, as well as the Day of Languages, the employee of the Reader Service department Beisova G. B. took part in the educational event «Ulttyn uly ustazy», held in the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption in the Aktobe region with a report on the topic: «Algyr bala Akhmetten - ult ustazy Akhana dein», also at the event, the staff of the subscription department presented the book exhibition «Ultyn suigen uly ustaz», a review of the exhibition was conducted by a young specialist Yelubaeva Zh . B.

On July 14, the literary evening «Zhylyoydyn zhyr zhyirigi» was held in the literary lounge «Kalamger» with the participation of the famous poet Aibek Kalmaganbetov. The evening was held by the deputy director of the Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library named after S.Baishev, a member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan, poet Talgat Tleulesov, also a deputy of the Aktobe regional Maslikhat, director of the Republican Public Fund named after T. Dosymov, a member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan, poet Bijana Kalmaganbetov, a childhood friend of the poet Nurken Boltekov made a speech and expressed their warm feelings to the poet wishes.

On June 17, the results of the republican essay contest «Halyktyn suyikti anshisi – Dinmukhammed Kanatuly Kudaibergen» were summed up, within the framework of the festival «KIDS BOOK FEST-2022», organized by the S. Baishev Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library. Distinguished guests of the evening - poet, journalist, art critic - Nurlybek Amandauletovich Kalauov, Deputy Director for Educational Work of the A. Zhubanov Aktobe Music College – Dabylova Ayman Dautovna and members of the «FAN Club» took part in the award ceremony, presented awards and congratulated the winners of the contest.
