On November 13, another online meeting was held with the city Library No. 4 named after E.A. Yevtushenko, Ulyanovsk, within the framework of the project «Literatura bez granic».
The purpose of the event: acquaintance and communication of writers and poets of literary associations of the cities of Aktobe (Republic of Kazakhstan and Ulyanovsk (Russia). The meeting was held in an atmosphere of lively communication and mutual interest, they talked about literature, read poetry. B.A. Snabaeva, head of the Department of «Local History Literature», told about literary local lore and about the joint work of the library with Aktobe poets and writers.  The meeting was held in the format of a dialogue between Ulyanovsk and Aktobe poets. Ulyanovsk was presented by members of the literary clubs «Pegasus», «On the wave of inspiration», «Crown of Poetry» (Ulyanovsk). They talked about the work of the clubs and introduced the work of their poets. Aktobe was represented by poet P.A. Kurochkin, members of the clubs I BOOK YOU_AKTOBE, «Phoenix». Each participant introduced himself, talked about his work, read poetry. The event turned out to be warm and mutually beneficial.
