Department of Literature on Art:

From the history of the department: the Department of literature on art has been working since 1985. The book fund has about 10 thousand books.

The purpose of the department is to promote the art and culture of Kazakhstan to the younger generation, to attract art lovers and connoisseurs, cultural workers to the library.

As part of the book fund of the department:

- Literature from the field of art; periodicals; collages;

- There are Audio, video cassettes, music sets.

Specialists in the field of culture and art, pensioners, teachers and students of universities of our city, schoolchildren;

- Aktobe Regional Philharmonic named after G. Zhubanov;

- A. Zhubanov Music College;

- Regional Museum of Local History

- Aktobe City School of Arts named after Kazangap;

- Regional Drama Theater named after T. Akhtanov;

- Regional Memorial Museum of the Hero of the Soviet Union A. Moldagulova;

- Regional Museum of Art Drawing and Decorative and Applied Arts:

The section has an exhibition hall "Kylkalam Alemi" and an interest club "Onerpaz".

The goal of the interest club is to educate the younger generation with a sense of responsibility for their craft, to foster culture among young people , love and respect for art.

- To foster cognitive, propagandistic, patriotic feelings for the art of their native country ;

- Decency is something that is transmitted from the older to the younger generation to work with the aim of educating the younger generation to learn new things, assimilate, develop , improve in the field of spiritual development.

- Formation of a sense of pride for your country, respect for state symbols, for the spiritual values of the people

- To foster respect for the national heritage, traditions and customs of our people. To teach to understand the language of art, to promote aesthetic, logical thinking, the development of motivation for art.

The exhibition hall "Kylkalam alemi" has been operating since 2012.

The purpose of the exhibition: to show the achievements of masters of fine art , the development of artistic taste and the ability to convey what they saw in their works, holding evenings of meetings with artists, popularizing their lives .

In the exhibition hall, meetings and exhibitions were organized with famous artists Eset Ismailov, Sagintay Alimbetov, Taimas Teleushov , Anuar Otegen-Tana, Irina, Aigul Kurmanalins, Evgenia Sukhotina and Ilsuyar Kazakova.

- Book exhibition "Dombyra kumbirse konyr sazben" at the presentation of the book "Kazangap omir zhailau" by a teacher of the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy by Asylbek Kenegesov;

- Multimedia hour "Onerden tapkan bakytyn" dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Meruert Utekeshova, Honored Artist of the Kazakh SSR, film and theater actress;

- Regional photo contest "En ademi kiim-ultynnyn kiimi", dedicated to the celebration of Nauryz meirama;

- The literary and musical evening "Ult auenin alemge tanytkan" was held on the 115th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding scientist-researcher of Kazakh music, conductor Akhmet Zhubanov

- Blog in 4 parts "Zhyrlary marzhan, anderi asem bulaktai", dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the birth of the poet, composer, playwright, art worker Bakir Tazhibayev ;

- In honor of the opening of the corner "Ult Maktanyshy-duldul Dimash", dedicated to the work of Dimash Kudaibergenov, who impressed the people of the world with his magnificent voice, an interview was held live on Instagram with Dimash's fans and in honor of his birthday, a video congratulation with dancing with the song "Biz senimen maktanamyz-Dimash"was released

Photo session on the theme "Sikyrly kitaptar alemi";

- Exhibition of literature "Oner menin omirimde" on vodno-zeleny Boulevard and "Ertegiler elinde" for children;

– A master class "Ashyk aspan astynda beineleu" was held in the square of Abay 2021 as part of the festival "Kids BOOK FEST", dedicated to the Year of Support for Children's and Youth Reading in Kazakhstan.
