Project Goal
To honor prominent figures in the history of the Kazakh people and to foster a spirit of knowledge-seeking, diligence, honesty, responsibility, and patriotism among the younger generation.

Objectives

• Explore the history of the Kazakh people through library resources
• Collect and organize valuable historical materials
• Promote moral reflection based on the lives and legacies of individuals who contributed significantly to the formation of national identity

Timeline and Development
Launched in 2022, the project is designed for long-term implementation.
Key historical periods for research include:

1. The heritage of ancestors and the Alash movement
2. World War II and the Soviet era
3. The period of Kazakhstan’s independence

Expected Outcomes

• Strengthen communication and awareness about national figures via social media
• Promote reading among youth as a tool for self-development
• Enhance the library’s public image and role in cultural education

Participants
The project brings together the Department of Culture and Language Development, the Department of Internal Policy, local poets, scholars, graduate students, schools, colleges, universities, the media, public and youth organizations, volunteer groups, library readers, and members of the Elmura National Educational and Cultural Club.
