The Elmura National Educational and Cultural Club, founded by the Reader Services Department, is dedicated to preserving and promoting the history, traditions, and customs of the Kazakh people while embracing modern challenges. The club’s mission is to foster patriotism, strengthen national identity among youth, and encourage active civic engagement. Through creative ideas and meaningful initiatives, Elmura contributes to the cultural and social development of the country.
The club is open to all individuals aged 18 and above, including university and college students and faculty, public figures, poets and writers, representatives of the intellectual community, youth organizations, school teachers, military personnel, and others interested in cultural and national values.
Club Motto
The club is primarily focused on education and cultural enrichment. Thematic meetings and events are organized in collaboration with its members. Activities are coordinated and supported by the library administration, which ensures a welcoming and well-equipped space for gatherings. The club is led by the department head and librarians, while active members are elected from within the club to help plan and carry out events.
