On May 11, within the framework of the "Year of support for children's and Youth reading in Kazakhstan" announced in 2021 by the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the organization of the Aktobe regional Universal Scientific Library named after S. Baishev, a regional online seminar "Balalar adebieti - urpak tarbiesinin talbesi" was held on the basis of the ZOOM platform. The seminar was opened by the director of the AOUNB named after S. Baishev Raimbayeva Kuralai Serikkyzy. The seminar was held in order to exchange experience in holding events of various formats and discuss projects within the framework of the announced year. The seminar was attended by representatives of libraries of Aktobe and districts of the region . The projects were presented by: librarian of the subscription department of the AOUNB named after S. Baishev-Mukasheva A. S., librarian of the regional youth library named after S. Zhienbayev-Ertileuova Zh. N., head of the methodological and bibliographic department of the regional children's library named after N. Baiganina-Kashkenova E. S., methodologist of the Kargaly central district library-Kartbayev K. T., methodologist of the Shalkar district children's library-Taskozhina A. B., senior librarian of the Wilsky district children's library-Kaplieva G. A., deputy director for educational work of Secondary school No. 8 in Aktobe-Myrzaly Zh. M..
