In early February, at the opening ceremony of the regional centers "Parasat Zholy" within the framework of the "Adaldyk alany" project with the participation of the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan and all regional libraries in the Republic, the Chairman of the Agency for Combating Corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Shpekbayev and the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Raimkulova signed a memorandum on the joint work of libraries and the center within the framework of the project. As a result of this work, on February 19, the Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library named after S. Baisheva within the framework of the "Adaldyk alany" project, the opening of the "Parasat Zholy" centers in the libraries of the region (city, district, village) was held through the ZOOM platform.
The main goal is to promote the ideology of integrity in society together with representatives of the scientific and creative intelligentsia, the formation of an anti-corruption culture based on culture, literature and spirituality.
Within the framework of the project, it is planned to hold events in the Parasat Zholy center that have a broad meaning, rich content, deep topics, and education of the younger generation.The event was attended by the head of the Department of Culture, archives and documentation of the region A. Yunisova, First Deputy head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption in the Aktobe region G. Dosanov, public figure R. Otynshin, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Academician of the Academy of Social Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Taizhanov, poet, journalist B. Babazhanuly, poet T. Tleulesov, heads of city and district departments of culture, directors, library staff. It is planned that within the framework of this event, a work plan will be drawn up and events of great importance for achieving the planned results will be organized. The focus should be on the formation of an anti-corruption culture in civil society.
