The discussion of the address was attended by Doctor of philosophy, professor, academician of the Academy of Social Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Taizhanov, deputy head of the Aktobe garrison for educational and ideological work, Lieutenant Colonel O. A. Baratov and employees, military unit 30238, Youth, Library readers. During the event, Altai Taizhanov expressed his views on the tasks and directions of the message from a scientific point of view. O. Baratov noted that the political, social, economic and military aspects of the country's life are fully covered. In the address, a member of the Union of writers of Kazakhstan, poet T. B. Tleulesov, head of the local history department B. A. Snabayeva spoke about the social problems of specialists working in the field of culture and improving the life of the population. Director of the library K. Raimbayeva noted that  «In the region, 236 libraries serve the population. In total, 778 specialists work in the library sector, including 516 librarians. Our support in the address of the president has increased the honor of librarians, who work for the spirituality of the nation»,- he concluded. An exhibition was organized on the theme: «Zholdau - el bolashagynyn aikyn korinisi» .
