On October 21, the regional Universal Scientific Library named after S. Baishev hosted a literary hour «Men - Olenmin, Olmeuim kerek menin...» dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the poet, composer, playwright Israil Saparbai. The event was attended by members of the Rukhaniyat club, a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of the Aktobe Humanitarian College Adilova Zh. M. and college students. The literary hour was dedicated to the work of I. Saparbai. During the event, library employee A. Mukasheva told about the poet's literary heritage, songs of the composer «Bagyndy Bagala» were performed by Nurabekova Albina and Akhmetova Gulzat «Mahabbat degen», his poems were read by Rashit Asem «Tugan Zher», Tynyshtyk Tomiris «Teriskakpai», Tazhibayeva Nurbakyt «Konilim sululykka bir kanbady», Latipbaeva Gulsana «Kazak kyzy», Kyzylova Aruzhan  «Kordash», Smagulova Gulsaya «Kuz, kys zhane men».
At the end of the event, the director of the library, K. S. Raimbayeva, spoke, thanking all participants and guests for their participation, she called for reading fiction and spiritual enrichment.
