On October 29, from 18.00 to 23.00, a socio-cultural event «Biblionoch-2021» dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held simultaneously in all regional, city, district and rural libraries in Aktobe region. The opening ceremony began with a festive evening «Tauelsizdikke Tartu», organized by the Department of organizational support and the sector of communication and mass work with the public. «Biblionoch» made the autumn evening a wonderful event, the memory of which will remain for a long time. The event was opened by the deputy head of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the Aktobe region Balmagambetova Manshuk Salimovna. The chairman of the Aktobe regional branch of the Public Association «Kazakhstan Branch Professional Union of Workers of Culture, Sports, Tourism and Information» Tabyldinova Nazira Sarsembaevna and the artistic director of the exemplary youth theater «Alye parusa» Kiek Nadezhda Nikolaevna made warm wishes. The guests of the event were colleagues from Mangystau, Atyrau, Kyzylorda, West Kazakhstan regions and Aktobe Regional Special Library for Blind and Visually impaired citizens. On the night of the library, visitors witnessed new books, newspapers and magazines, exhibitions of brush masters, meetings with local poets and writers, master classes, various quizzes, a festive concert program, theatrical performances. A fair of artisans «GREEN FEST» was organized. In the American corner, decorated on the theme: «The World of Space», exciting games for teenagers were held and a film was shown. The performance of the guys of the popular «Media Pro» production center in our city took place.
