On November 17, as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independent Kazakhstan, the staff of the Department of Literature on Art of the regional universal scientific Library named after S. Baishev held a literary event on the theme «Uly dalanyn Ulyk merekesi». Independence is a victory won by the blood and sweat of the people. One of the main goals of the event is to educate readers, young people, a sense of patriotism, love for the Motherland, land, language, courage, morality, respect for religion, the history of the Kazakh people. In her speech, the director of the library, Raimbayeva Kuralai Serikovna, congratulated the audience and readers on the holiday and shared the achievements in the library industry since gaining sovereignty.
During the event, the teacher of Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, associate professor, poet Yeleusinova Gulim Yeleusinovna noted: «If you look into history, our ancestors dreamed of independence. Many warriors showed selflessness to fulfill the blessing of our ancestors who defended the vast steppe. From the batyrs of Karakeri Kabanbai, Kanzhygaly Bogenbai to Bauyrzhan Momyshuly, Manshuk, Aliya, who sacrificed their lives to defend their country.» The poet, who tells about the difficulties experienced by the people of Kazakhstan in gaining independence, urged young people to love their Homeland, respect their country. She also read the poem «Kiye turaly tolgau» from her collection of poems. A member of the Onerpaz interest club, music director of kindergarten No. 21 «Kausar Bulak», Mukanova Tolkyn Islamgalievna told about the independence of the country: «On December 16, Kazakh youth came to the central square and demanded the independence of Kazakhstan. This day - the birthday of the independent Republic of Kazakhstan is inscribed in history in golden letters. So in 1991 Kazakhstan solemnly declared independence. Today we have achieved great success in the country's economy, in the social and cultural sphere.» At the end of her performance, Tolkyn Islamgalievna performed the songs «Zheltoksan zheli» and «Auylym». The head of the dance ensemble «Ulgili Altyn-ai» Ansatova Zhansulu Zhubanazarovna congratulated everyone on the holiday and wished Independence to become even stronger, and also decorated the evening with such artistic dances as «Zhauynger» and «Shashu». Gulya Maksatovna Esmakanova, the head of the folk dance ensemble «Gulderaiym», a teacher of the Aktobe Humanitarian College, shared that with the adoption of the Independence of the country, young people had the opportunity to improve the level of education, thanks to this, her children also received a decent education. The dance «Shattyk» was performed by the dance group «Gulderaiym».
During the event, students of the vocal studio «Zhaydarman» performed the songs «Atamekenim», «Tugan Zher», the group «Asyl-ai» «Samga», «Tugan el», a soldier of the military unit No. 6655 Saktai Nursultan «Gulistan – Kazakhstan». Library employee Zhamal Zhumagereeva read a poem by Kulyash Akhmetova «Sen - kazaksyn», and the song «Atameken» by Eskendir Khasangaliev was performed by librarians. The head of the Department of Literature on Art Kaldieva Akerke Sagidullovna gave an interview to the local TV channel «RIKA» and handed the participants of the event letters of thanks on behalf of the director of the library.
