On November 24, a regional seminar-meeting among librarians was held on the topic: «Kitaphana kyzmetinin negizgi bagyttary: zhosparlau zhane esep beru». During the seminar, issues arising during the preparation of the annual plan and report of the library were discussed.
Library work planning and reporting based on it are documents that establish, direct and register the main indicators. The head of the Department of State creative order and library work of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the Aktobe region Demeshova N.B. gave recommendations on the implementation of the project «Reading Nation» and the regional development plan. In her speech, the director of the library, S. M. Khakimova, expressed her opinion on planning and reporting in the work of libraries and wished success in the work of the seminar.
Reports on the following topics were also listened to: «Planning and reporting activities in the library», «Accounting of documents received by the library fund», «Formation and preservation of the library fund». Librarians received answers to their questions. During the training «Communicative development», the teacher of K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University  coach-mentor Sagadatov Raybek told about the ways of self-development and effective ways of advertising the library in social networks. The seminar was attended by heads of libraries of the region, methodologists and employees of the departments of acquisition of the book fund of regional, city, district libraries In general, the seminar was very rich, effective practical advice and recommendations aimed at improving library activities were given.
