Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library named after S. On February 14, Baisheva held the event “Kitaphanaga kitap syila” (Give a book to the library) on the occasion of the International Book Giving Day. The purpose of the event: to promote the idea of the value of reading as the most important means of intellectual and spiritual development of the younger generation, popularization of reading and replenishment of the book fund libraries.
