On September 30, an online republican conference “Til biliminin tarlany” was organized, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of professor, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, linguist, doctor of philological sciences Rabiga Syzdyk. The event was attended by the head of the department of the Aktobe regional department of culture, archives and documentation Nazimat Demesheva, chairman of the Aktobe council of veterans Akhat Myrzalin, chairman of the regional branch of the Union of local historians of Kazakhstan, local historian, historian Bekarystan Myrzabay, students of Rabiga Syzdyk, doctor of philological sciences of the Lev Gumilyov National University, professor Gulnar Muratova (Astana), doctor of philological sciences of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Orynay Zhubay (Almaty), doctor of philological sciences, professor of the Department of Kazakh philology of the Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Shakhmardan Yessenov, doctor of philological sciences Bibaysha Nurdauletova (Aktau), candidate of philological sciences, associate professor of the East Kazakhstan University named after Sarsen Amanzholov Kulyash Yensebayeva (Ust-Kamenogorsk), candidate Philological Sciences of the Aktobe University named after Saktagan Bayishev Kulshat Kondybay, a master's student of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi Timurova Adina, a research fellow of the Uil Regional Museum of History and Local Lore named after Shyganak Bersiev Dulat Isabayev. They talked about the life and work of the scientist, shared their memories.
During the conference, local historian Bekarystan Myrzabay discussed and raised the issue of naming a street in the city of Aktobe after the scientist's father, activist Alash Satigali Kutkozhin, naming a school after academician Rabiga Syzdyk, and creating a museum in his native places dedicated to the Kutkozhin family. He also expressed a desire to open a "Literary and Scientific Museum of Poets, Writers and Scientists of the Aktobe Region" in Aktobe. During the event, librarian Balagul Bakiyeva provided a bibliographic review of the book exhibition "Ana tilinin abyz anasy", a photo-historical slide "Til gumyr". Director of the library Sulushash Khakimova thanked all the participants of the conference.
