On March 12, the library hosted a scientific and theoretical evening "Kazakhstani Tatar History" dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding scientist, doctor of historical sciences, professor, corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR Ermukhan Bekmakhanov.
The main goal of the event was to familiarize a wide audience with the scientific heritage and creative contribution of Ermukhan Bekmakhanov as the first professional Kazakh historian, as well as to perpetuate his name in the history of Kazakhstan. During the evening, participants received valuable information about the life and work of the scientist, who left a significant mark on the study of the history of Kazakhstan. The following speakers gave reports: Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University Moldin B. A., Senior Lecturer of the Department of History and Religious Studies, Candidate of Historical Sciences Ganibaeva Zh. A. and History Teacher of the Kemel-Bilim School-Lyceum Kairova Sh. S. They presented a detailed presentation of the rich spiritual heritage and scientific achievements of Ermukhan Bekmakhanov, emphasizing the importance of his work for the historical science and culture of Kazakhstan.

As part of the event, a book exhibition "Tagdyry kurdelі kaisar talant" was organized and a bibliographic review by Tolegenova A. was conducted. An excerpt from the documentary film "Amanat" was also shown, which tells about the life and work of the scientist.
