On February 11, a literary and educational evening "Tarikhtan tagylym taratkan" was held, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the historian, doctor of philological sciences, laureate of the State Prize of the Kazakh SSR and people's writer of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Magauin.
The purpose of the event: to promote the life and work of the writer; to cultivate in readers love for their country, nation, to cultivate a sense of patriotism.
The guests of the evening were professor, doctor of philological sciences, academician of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhumanazar Asanov; senior lecturer of the Kazakh literature department of the K. Zhubanov Kazakh State Pedagogical University Zhumagaliyeva Rita Rakhmankyzy; teacher of specialized gymnasium No. 21 named after Al-Farabi Orazova Gulshara Kosalovna. The guests of the evening talked about the life and work of the writer, about his scientific works and merits, and analyzed his works. The poems of Ermakhan Shaikhyuly were read, read by a student of ARSU named after. K. Zhubanova Sagizbaeva Dana, the dedication to Mukhtar Magauin by Ularbek Daleyuly was read by library employee Amanzhol Islamgali.
At the evening, the book exhibition “Kazak adebietinin aldaspany” was presented.
