On May 5, on the eve of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, a round table was held on the topic: "El rukhyn kotergen batyrlar" dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Heroes of the Soviet Union Rauf Ibragimovich Kutuyev, Imangali Taukeshevich Biltabanov, as well as the 95th anniversary of the birth of the first Kazakh lieutenant general Jansen Kereyev.

The event was attended by veteran of the labor front G.M. Kamysbayev, senior lecturer of the Department of History and Religious Studies of the Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov, candidate of historical sciences N.S. Alikulov, chairman of the public association "Ardager" S.K. Botagarin, relative I.T. Biltabanova — S. Biltabanov, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the West Kazakhstan Medical University named after M. Ospanov B.A. Moldin, Teacher of the Kazakh Language and Literature of the Higher College named after K. Zhubanov A.M. Myrzagarin, as well as a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of the secondary school named after Zh. Kereyev of the Temir district N.Zh. Bakytzhanova (ZOOM platform). The participants shared stories about the life path of citizens who contributed to the Victory both on the battlefield and in the rear.

Participants of the event: servicemen of the territorial defense brigade of military unit 99235, teachers, students of the ARU named after K. Zhubanov, students of the college "Dunie", representatives of the public association "Ardager", members of the national educational club "Elmura", fellow countrymen and relatives of I.T. Biltabanova, as well as library readers.

During the event, librarian A. Tolegenova conducted a bibliographic review of the book exhibition "Tulga tagylymy". Video materials dedicated to the exploits of I.T. Biltabanova and R.I. Kutuyev, as well as the life of Lieutenant General Jansen Kereyev were shown.

In addition, the guests of the event who personally knew Lieutenant General Jansen Kereyev shared their memories of his personality, character and life. Students of the Higher College named after K. Zhubanov performed poetry readings: Ermukhan E. read the poem by M. Makatayev "Zhenis!", Mukhambet D. - the poem by Asylbek A. "Zhenis!", and Akku N.A. presented his author's dedication "Yesinde me?".
