Semser sozdі satirik

Today, the library hosted an evening meeting with Mukhtar Sherim, winner of the Alash International Literary Prize, Honored Writer of Kazakhstan, member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan, and satirist. The presentation of his satirical novel, "Semser sozdі satirik," took place. The event is part of the KitapTaim National Book Festival, organized by the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The evening of meetings was attended by Gulimai Abishkyzy, poet, translator, and acting chair of the Aktobe regional branch of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan; Ardak Konakbayeva, journalist, satirist, and member of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan; Nurlybek Zhubatkan, cultural figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, and director of the Eki Ezu Comedy Theater; the Eki Ezu Comedy Theater; and young readers.

The evening included a presentation of Mukhtar Zhumashov's new satirical novel, to which the audience was invited. The host of the evening shared his views on life and creative principles. The Eki Ezu Theater presented his own interlude, "I Want to Fall," which put the participants in a wonderful mood. The song "Mahabbat Bagy" was also performed. A bibliographic review of the book exhibition "The Power of Laughter, the Sun of Joke," dedicated to the satirist's work, was conducted.

Summing up the evening, library director Sulushash Khakimova noted the importance of reading books today and wished the writer great success in his creative work.
