A presentation of the book "Ulttyk Dästürden Ulağat" by Maxim Menkeshov, a member of the International Union of Composers, a cultural figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and a professor at the Aktobe Pedagogical Institute, took place.

The event was attended by Otynshin Rauken, Director of Aktobe Media LLP and Chairman of the Regional Organization of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan; Akhan Bekezhan, President of the Baishev Education Group Corporation, Doctor of Philosophy, and Professor; Bauyrzhan Kurmankulov, poet and representative of the Board of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan for the Aktobe Region; and Bizhan Kalmaganbetov, poet, director of the Aktobe Region branch of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, and deputy of the Aktobe Regional Maslikhat.

The event featured the song "Letter to Mother" performed by @aqtobe_philharmonic singer B. Balmagambetova, and the song "Autumn Serenade" performed by @dramateatr_aqtobe actors A. Zhardenbekovnyzy and D. Seisenbek. The song "Balausa" was performed by the Tamsan group, the song "Tugan El" by B. Zhanykulova, and the song "Senim" by singer D. Zhumakhmetov. T. Otebay and N. Beisenbayeva, members of the A. Zhubanov Kazakh Folk Instruments Orchestra of the G. Zhubanova Aktobe Regional Philharmonic, performed the melody "Saraishyk sazdary Abat-Baytak."

A book exhibition, "Life Woven with Music," was organized, featuring articles in various media outlets about the "Atyrau Encyclopedia," a collection of songs by composer Balausa published in Aktobe in 2007, author's versions of sheet music and stage scripts, and research papers.

The event was attended by artists, the author's students, members of the Balausa ensemble, students of the K. Zhubanov Aktobe State University of Law, students of the Aktobe Humanitarian and Technical College, staff of the G. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional Philharmonic, the T. Akhtanov Regional Drama Theater, and members of the Aktobe Regional Council of Veterans.
