On October 31, the library hosted a presentation of the books "Zhurektegi zhalғyzdyқ" and "Kumtөbeden bastalғan oқiғa" by Zhumabay Asarbayev, writer, member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan, and Honored Education Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The spiritual meeting was attended by N.B. Demeshova, Head of the Department of Culture, Archives, and Documentation of the Aktobe Region; I. Askar, Honored Journalist of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local historian; B.M. Kurmankulov, poet and representative of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan in the Aktobe Region; E.T. Tolepbergen, Chairman of the Shalkar District Veterans' Council and Honorary Citizen of the Shalkar District; and S.S. Mukhtarov, as well as faculty and students of the ALT College, members of the intelligentsia, the writer's relatives, and library patrons, attended.

Poets I. Kereeva and G. Kaldina praised the artistic power and ideological significance of the writer's works and expressed their best wishes. Literary enthusiasts present at the evening congratulated the writer and wished him success in his new works.

During the evening, G. Abdirova, soloist of the G. Zhubanova Aktobe Regional Philharmonic and winner of international and national competitions, performed songs on the theme of motherhood. A book exhibition, "Tulga Tagylymy," was also held, and a bibliographic review was presented.
