On April 26, within the framework of the literary lounge “Kalamger”, an evening of memories “Daryndy akyn edi...” was organized, dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the famous journalist, talented poet Zhanar Nurgali.
At the event, the head of the internal policy department of the Irgiz district, Meirkhan Attiev, expressed warm words to the poetess and conveyed greetings to the district administration. Also participating were the director of the Irgiz regional library, local historian Marat Myrzaly, and relatives of the poet: Bekbolat Tolepuy, Abdikhat Kapanuly, Nurzhaugan Kuzhakhmetova, Sabyrzhan Sandibekuly, Shynar Sandibekovna. They shared memories of Zhanar Nurgali.
Satirist writer, journalist Ardak Konakbaeva, poetess, translator, member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan Gulimai Abishkyzy, head of the "Subscription and Newspaper Distribution" department of the Aktobe Media company, poet, member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan Talgat Tileulesov, poetess Gulzhakhan Torekhanova spoke about the work of Zhanar Nurgali .
During the event, library employees Ryszhan Karagulova and Balagul Bakieva organized and conducted a bibliographic review of the book exhibition “Zhalyndap zhangan Zhanar-zhyr!” We presented to the readers a slide about the life and work of the poet “Olen – Omir” and a video “Zhasyn Gumyr”.
Members of the “Zhas Kalamger” club of the Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov Kamarsulu Baldan, Asel Arturkyzy, Aidana Kayyrbek, library employee Karlygash Yerzhigitzy read Zhanar Nurgali’s poems “Suyu degen...”, “Kurby kyz muny”, “Emkhanada”, “Azheme” " Aktobe singer and composer Nurtalap Zhusipov performed the song “Baykamaymyz”.
At the end of the evening, library director Sulushash Khakimova thanked the guests and invited young readers to read.
