On May 6, together with the regional memorial museum named after Hero of the Soviet Union Aliya Moldagulova, a historical hour “Aktobe batyrlary” - “Heroes of Aktobe” was organized for Victory Day.
The event was attended by descendants of Aktobe heroes Aliya Moldagulova, Malkezhdar Bokenbaev and participants of the Great Patriotic War Abdirahman Sarmisov, Mukhambetkali Sarbasov, Nurzhan Medetov, Vlas Sysoenko (soldiers of the 312th Infantry Division).
A minute of silence was declared in honor of the heroes. The speech was made by the assistant to the akim of the Aktobe region for military security and defense, Colonel Adilbek Kultaev, representatives of the regional department for defense affairs and the regional department of internal policy, chairman of the regional council of veterans Serik Shangutov, chairman of the public fund "Military Brotherhood" Gumer Galeev, deputy director of the Russian public Association "Aktobe Community" in Moscow Asylbek Tuleshov, chief specialist of the department of culture, archives and documentation of the Aktobe region Anaya Nurlangeldievna. Also present and expressed their warm wishes were the descendants of Aliya Moldagulova Sapar Moldagulov and Ariya Khabieva, the descendants of Malkezhdar Bokenbaev Marat Radifula, the descendant of Saduakas Kaltaeva Elena Kaltaeva, the daughter of Seiteken Aliyeva Oral Utepova, the daughter of Vlas Sysoenko Raisa Dodik, the son of Mukhambetkali Sarbasov Batyrkhan Sarbasov.
During the event, the singer of the Aktobe Regional Philharmonic Meirbek Tazhigulov performed the song “Kazagym kasietinen aynalaiyn”, a student of the Arai art school Madiyar Myrzagereev performed the song “Otan”, a student of the Aktobe Music College named after Akhmet Zhubanov Aidargalikyzy Aidana performed the song “Aliya”. Readers Utegenova Guldan, Layikova Asem, Serikova Aruzhan read the poems of Mukhtar Kurmanalin “Batyr aga beynesi”, Baurzhan Kurmankulov “Maidangerler keledi”.
During the event, library employees Ryszhan Karagulova and Balagul Bakieva conducted a bibliographic review of the book exhibition “Erlik-elge mura, urpakka-onege”. We introduced readers to literature related to the Great Patriotic War. In addition, they talked about the significant contribution of Aktobe residents. The event ended with a wreath-laying ceremony at Heroes Square.
