On September 22 was held there, an online-seminar "Kitap okudy zhetildirudin zamanaui adisteri: zhana mumkindikteri" on the Zoom platform. Modern methods of improving reading: new opportunities", organized by the library development department of the S.Baishev Aktobe regional universal scientific library, which united librarians of the West Kazakhstan region.

On September 9, the library held explanatory work among students on the implementation of the Message of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan «Halyk birligi zhane zhuyeli reformalar - el orkendeuinin berik negizi». In his Message to the people, the Head of State stressed that the current task is to form a new reality of our people, to improve the quality of the nation as a whole.

A meeting was held to promote the address of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan «Halyk birligi zhane zhuyeli reformalar - el orkendeuinin berik negizi». The message is a strategic plan for the development of the state and society. From this plan, each member of society receives guidance and commitment to their future.

On August 18, within the framework of the project "Adaldyk alany" "Parasattylyk pen adaldyk – tabysty omirdin kepili", was held a round table in the online. With an introduction speech, the director of the library Raimbayeva K.S. told about the events which held in the libraries of the region in the centers "Parasat Zholy", the guests of the event were the chief specialist of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption in the Aktobe region Abekenov M.D., the head of the investigation and search department, deputy head of the department for legal affairs, lieutenant Colonel Nugaeva L.Zh. organizations and officials are required to conduct events in accordance with the law "On Combating  of  Corruption" within their competence.

On August 10, there was held a literary living room dedicated to the 176th anniversary of the great poet Abai Kunanbayev. Readers of the library Utegenova Mariam, Zhetkirbay Akniyet, Bekmyrza Bekzhan, Bolat Nurkhan, Bolat Beybarys, Kalmagambetova Aksamal, Amantai Akbota, Askarova Aibike expressively read the poems and words of edification of the poet. Also the guests of the event, abayeved Kuanyshbai Kontai Pirmakhanovich, a journalist of radio «Tandem» Baitakova Aysyn Mursinovna told about the life, work and legacy of the great thinker Abay Kunanbayev.

August 12 – devoted to the International Youth Day American Corner of Aktobe hosted a a meeting "Zhalyndy zhastar - Kazakstannyn zhargyn bolashagy" with members of the English speaking club. During the event, the participants were given a presentation with a detailed story about the International Youth Day. The participants of the event took an active part in the quiz and games.

On August 6, in S. Baishev Aktobe regional scientific universal library held a literary evening "Olen sozdin patshasy" dedicated to the birthday of the poet, educator, thinker, founder of new Kazakh literature, translator and composer Abai Kunanbayev.

On June 25, from 19.00 to 21.00 local time, the festival "KIDS BOOK FEST-2021" (Children's Book Festival – 2021) was held on Abay Boulevard, dedicated to 2021 - the year of support for children's and youth reading in Kazakhstan.

The festival was attended by the regional department of culture, archives and documentation, military unit No. 6655 of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regional libraries, district, city centralized library systems of the Aktobe region, poets and writers, veterans of culture, a bookstore named after T. Akhtanov, members of the clubs "Rukhaniyat", "Elmura", "Onerpaz" at the Aktobe regional Universal Scientific Library named after S. Baishev, creative studio "Family school", active library readers, media representatives.

On June 25, the library hosted a seminar on the topic "Zamanaui kitaphana: akparat, innovation zhane seriktestyk dialog kenistigi".
The event was attended by the acting head of the department of folk art and library work of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the Aktobe region Bekzat Yergalievna Aitzhanova, a member of the Union of Journalists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputy of the Maslikhat of the Aktobe region, chairman of the regional commission for the protection of the rights of families, women and children at the Aktobe regional branch of the Nur Otan party Bakytkhan Kurmanovna Zhanshaeva, a well-known domestic entrepreneur, head of the national company "Zheti Oner" Saken Bolys, as well as the director of libraries of the region.

On June 21, a festive evening "Bukaralyk akparat kuraldary - kogam ainasy" was held, dedicated to the Day of Mass Media Workers. The event was attended by the director of the TV channel "AQTOBE" Mukash Miras, the own correspondent of the republican channel "TDK-42" Auyesova Leila, the correspondent of the republican socio-political newspaper "Vremya" Maikozova Akmaral, the presenter of the radio "Tandem" Baitakova Aisyn, the correspondent of the regional socio-political newspaper "Aktobe Vestnik" Tatyana Vinogradova, the presenter of the radio "Aktobe" Amandyk Saltanat and journalists of the regional socio-political newspaper "Aktobe".
