On December 8, within the framework of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, American corner Aktobe provided an intellectual competition «Three languages is nowadays requestment». The intellectual competition was attended by teachers and students of 9-11 grades of schools # 60, 61, 75 and Kargaly school named after M. Aryn.

On December 3, according to the organization of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the Aktobe region, the Department of Education of the Aktobe region, a literary and musical evening «Gasyr zhyrlagan – gazhap akyn» was held in the hall of the Academy of Creativity, dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the birth of the master of Kazakh oral and poetic art Zhambyl Zhabayev. The event was attended by representatives of the Akimat of Aktobe region, representatives of the intelligentsia of the city, poets and writers, journalists, librarians.

On November 17, as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independent Kazakhstan, the staff of the Department of Literature on Art of the regional universal scientific Library named after S. Baishev held a literary event on the theme «Uly dalanyn Ulyk merekesi». Independence is a victory won by the blood and sweat of the people. One of the main goals of the event is to educate readers, young people, a sense of patriotism, love for the Motherland, land, language, courage, morality, respect for religion, the history of the Kazakh people. In her speech, the director of the library, Raimbayeva Kuralai Serikovna, congratulated the audience and readers on the holiday and shared the achievements in the library industry since gaining sovereignty.

On November 13, another online meeting was held with the city Library No. 4 named after E.A. Yevtushenko, Ulyanovsk, within the framework of the project «Literatura bez granic».
The purpose of the event: acquaintance and communication of writers and poets of literary associations of the cities of Aktobe (Republic of Kazakhstan and Ulyanovsk (Russia). The meeting was held in an atmosphere of lively communication and mutual interest, they talked about literature, read poetry.

«Spiritual Caravan», an event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the country's independence within the framework of the «Rukhani Zhangyru» program, was opened by a visit to the main shrine of Turkistan, the mausoleum of Khoja Akhmet Yasavi and continued with a literary meeting of poets «Tauelsizdikke Tartu» in the universal scientific library named after «FARAB» of Turkestan region. The purpose of the spiritual caravan is the presentation of multi-volume publications, to show the current contribution of Aktobe writers to domestic literature and the promotion of their works.The «Aktobe kitapkhanasy» series is a piece of the great heritage and it was handed over to the residents of Turkestan to strengthen the spiritual ties between the two regions.

On November 11, according to the organization of the sector of the reading room of the Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library named after S. Baishev, an open platform for dialogue «Tarbie turasyndagy syr» was held. The purpose of the event: the formation of the younger generation's sense of responsibility to themselves and society for the result of their actions, the formation of a worldview, respect for the history, traditions and customs of our nation, a sense of patriotism, the introduction of new ideas in order to contribute to the development and modernization of our country.

On November 10, within the framework of the campaign "Kazakhstan Okyrman urpagy-2021", a literary online interview "Bookdating" was held at the regional universal scientific library named after S.Baishev with a famous poet, a member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan, a prize-winner of international, republican poetry competitions, a laureate of the International Festival "Shabyt", a laureate of the literary award "Altyn Kalam", a laureate of the State Youth Award "DARYN" Kalkaman Sarin.

On November 5, the library hosted the opening of the office of the honorary citizen of Aktobe, the scientist-historian, Professor Zakraddin Baydosov. The meeting, which was attended by the scientist himself, was opened by the head of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the Aktobe region, Yunisova Altynai Yunisovna. Mukhtarov Sabyrzhan Sagidullayevich spoke on behalf of the staff of the K. Zhubanov Regional State University, who highly appreciated the scientific work of the scientist and noted that the opening of the cabinet is very necessary for young people.

On November 4, in the literary space "Kalamger" there was a presentation of the book of the famous writer, member of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, satirist Torezhan Mandibai "KAZYGURT-KORASAN". A well-known businessman, philanthropist Bakytzhan Olzhabayevich, son of the writer Akanseri Turezhanovich, doctor of philological sciences, professor Zhumanazar Asan, a member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan, director of the satire theater "Eki Ezu" Nurlybek Zhubatkan spoke at the event. The author, in turn, told young people about his work and encouraged them to read books. The director of the library Raimbayeva Kuralai Serikovna, on behalf of the library staff, thanked the participants and give tribute to the author.

On October 29, from 18.00 to 23.00, a socio-cultural event «Biblionoch-2021» dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held simultaneously in all regional, city, district and rural libraries in Aktobe region. The opening ceremony began with a festive evening «Tauelsizdikke Tartu», organized by the Department of organizational support and the sector of communication and mass work with the public.
